Wrapped in lime coloured husks with silk, sweet corn contains numerous yellow succulent kernels that have a starchy and doughy consistency. The skin pops out as you bite into it.
Storage and Uses
Store the fresh sweet corns along with the husks in the refrigerator.
Can be eaten raw directly on the cob after boiling, or can be added to salads, soups, sandwiches, chats, rolls and pastas.
